About the Role
We’re looking for Quantity Surveyor to keep a close eye on project finances and contractual relationship. He assists us on several high-profile projects in various fields ranging from urban greening and sustainability to infrastructural projects.
Ideal candidates should be qualified professionals, with a good ethics and willing to work as part of a team. We are willing to consider applications both from experience individuals and also from recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities

Measuring works carried out

Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour

Preparing tender and contract documents

Identifying and weighing up commercial risks

Ensuring projects meet quality standards

Advising on the maintenance costs of specific buildings

Submitting regular budget reports

Working at a client’s business, in an office or on a construction site.
Skills and Qualifications

Knowledge of Excel, ACAD, Microsoft Office

Excellent attention to detail

Analytical thinking skills

Understanding of engineering science and technology

Knowledge of building and construction

Ability to use your initiative

A diploma level of education in relevant/similar filed (quantity surveying and / or construction)

Relevant work experience in a similar role coupled with a strong background in the construction industry will be considered an asset

Knowledge and proficiency in methods of measurements and specifications

Valid driving license
